What are Get Ahead & High Flyers?

If you are a 3rd year Undergraduate (Level 6) or Postgraduate (Level 7) student, this is your opportunity to develop the personal and professional skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly changing world, through a suite of 14, 1.5hr extra curricula, non course specific workshops. 

Which scheme is right for me?

3rd year Undergraduates can take part in the Get Ahead scheme.
Postgraduates can take part in the High Flyers scheme.

What are the benefits for taking part?

Take part and you'll earn you a Participation Certification to add to your CV.  

This will demonstrate to employers a commitment to your learning and professional development in addition to your academic studies.

• Attend 6 workshops (up to 10 hours of extra curricula development) to earn a Continuing Professional Development Participation Certificate
• Attend a minimum of 12 of the 14 available workshops (a minimum of 20 hours of extra curricula development) to earn a Get Ahead / High Flyer Participation Certificate
