What is a Research Skills Tutorial?

Research Skills tutorials are 45-minute, 1-1 consultations designed to support your study skills development. These workshops are delivered by friendly Librarians who can advise you on a range of topics, from research to referencing.

These sessions might include:

• APA Citing and Referencing
• Avoiding Plagiarism
• Blog Writing
• Critical Thinking
• Finding Information (Research; Using Databases)
• Getting Started with Your Dissertation
• Presentation Skills
• Reflective Writing
• Writing a Literature Review
