CU Coventry: Using the Library- Covid-19

Space booking:

Due to COVID-19 you cannot study in the Library unless you have booked a study space.

To book a study space please contact the Library:

• Speak to a member of staff at the help desk
• Use the booking system on the right of the screen
• Email library@cuc.coventry.ac.uk  (please ensure conformation of booking is received before attending)

In line with the rest of the building, please wear a face covering when in the library.

Spaces can be booked for up to 4 hours in a single day, bookings can be made up to one week in advance (you can also split daily allotment  if you wish e.g. you can have 4 bookings that are each 1 hour long).  

Please let us know if you would like to book a desk or a desk with a PC.

All bookable spaces are at least 2 meters apart from any other available spaces. Bookable spaces should be cleaned before and after each use, sanitising equipment will be provided.

Please ensure you bring your student ID card.

Please note: If you are more than 1 hour late for your booking then your space may be given to someone else during busy times. Please contact the library if you know you are going to be late.
