The Higher Education Licence also allows staff to make accessible copies of material for visually impaired or print disabled persons where their disability means they are unable to access or read a licenced copy. The following conditions must be adhered to.
(A print-disabled person is "a person who cannot effectively read print because of a visual, physical, perceptual, developmental, cognitive, or learning disability".)
Full details of the conditions for making accessible copies can be obtained from the Library Disability Officer Kirsty Kift, k.kift@coventry.ac.uk, +44 (0) 7557425090
