We can provide an alternative format to assist with your learning - both for module essential reading lists and for Flying Start texts.
You can also use RNIB Bookshare which provides books in a variety of alternative formats such as Word, mp3, EPUB, Daisy or braille.
This service is available to students with a print disability, including those with SpLD (dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, ADHD, autism and sensory impairments).
Students: you must be known to the Disabilities Office to use RNIB Bookshare or to apply for alternative formats in general. If you haven't already done so please make a booking to see a member of the team. If you have spoken to them already you can contact Gill direct below to arrange for your personal RNIB account for alternative formats.
Staff: please contact Gill direct below for your personal RNIB account.
If the book you require isn't on RNIB Bookshare, we will endeavour to obtain it for you, either from RNIB themselves, or directly from the publisher.
