COVID-19 CU Group Libraries

What are your opening hours?

In line with Government guidance, all CU Group campus buildings in Coventry, London and Scarborough are currently closed. However, all of our online resources remain available and we will be here to support you however we can.

Can I still receive support from the Library?

Yes, whilst we are closed physically we will continue to offer support virtually. Please visit your institution's guidance pages or get in touch with us for more details.

 

Can I still make an appointment with Academic Writing or Academic Skills?

How can I return my books?

Whilst your campus remains closed you do not need to. You can keep them and they will automatically renew.

 

If I can’t return a book will I be fined?

No. We are automatically renewing books for everyone. In the event that any charges are accrued we will waive these during this period. If you are worried at all or have any questions please contact us.

 

Can I access resources I need to study online?

Yes, you have access to almost 400,000 e-books and 146,000 journals. For help using these please visit your institution's guidance pages or get in touch with us for more details.
