Flying Start

Flying Start is Coventry University’s core textbook scheme which aims to provide every undergraduate and postgraduate on direct entry courses with personal electronic copies of the core textbooks for each module, at no extra cost. If you are taking an apprenticeship course, you will not be eligible for the ebook scheme. Occasionally, if an e-book is unobtainable from BibliU, students may be given access to the library copy instead.

Here you can find information about Flying Start and how to access BibliU.

How to Access BibliU

Click here to go to BibliU. You don’t need to set up an account. Select Coventry University and you will sign on with your usual university username and password.

BibliU Access for Graduates

Once you graduate, you can continue to access your Flying Start textbooks using your Coventry email address and a new password.
Click here to go to BibliU. On the login screen, go to the 2nd login box and enter your email address in this format: username@coventry.ac.uk then click ‘Forgot password’.

You will receive an email. Follow the steps to create a new password.
Once your password is set, you can use your new account details to log into BibliU.
