Journals are the foremost established method of disseminating research/industry news. They have been used for over 300 years!
There are two types - professional trade journals for news and academic journals for in-depth research on a topic.
Both types are published regularly, so they are usually up-to-date and contain valuable information written by those working in the profession or researching architectural topics.
For more information go to our journal articles page in the 'know your sources' section.

The AJ Buildings Library showcases thousands of exemplar projects, mostly from the last 20 years, but including major projects back to 1900. The projects include drawings and plans which can be downloaded.
