Using the Library: Print, copy, scan, and loanable laptops

Instructions for Using the Copying Machine for Printing, Scanning, or Copying Documents

If you are using the copying machine for the first time to print, scan, or copy documents, you must log in using your university credentials.
To avoid entering your credentials repeatedly in the future, immediately after logging in, place your student card on the card reader to assign it to your account.
Once assigned, you will be able to use only your student card for future access.

Instruction for printing documents from your own device

  1. Enter the print portal https://myprint.coventry.ac.uk
  2. Login with your University credentials
  3. Select Web Print tab
  4. Click on the “Select a job” button
  5. Select a single or double-sided option and press the green tab on the button
  6. Check your document in the printer.

Loanable Laptop

Laptops for loan are available at the library. If you would like to borrow a laptop, please approach the welcome desk and inquire about this option. You can also reserve a device in advance by emailing: library.wro@coventry.ac.uk.
