To avoid duplicating your searches again and again, and missing any useful results, it is helpful to keep tract of what you find. In Locate, you can -

1. Ensure that you sign in to Locate.
2. Run a search and refine the results.
3. Select "Save Query", which appears above the search results.
4. Click "Turn on notification for this query" that appears above the search box if you would like to be notified by email when new results are added to your search
You can manage your saved search in "My favourite" by:
Select the pin icon on the top right corner of the item you want to save. Saved records will be added to “My favourite”, highlighted yellow in your search results, with icon changed to the Pinned icon.
Select the checkbox that appears next to each item in the list or the checkbox that appears above the entire list to select all items on the page.
Select the Pin icon that appears above the list of results to save all selected items to My Favourites.
You can remove the save records in My Favourites by selecting the icon with a strike through.
You can organise the pinned items in your favourites list using labels. Click the pen icon underneath a pinned item to add a label. Giving different items the same label allows you to organise them into groups. You can add as many labels as you need to a pinned item if you want them to appear in multiple groups.
You can export one or more records to other applications (such as print, email, and citation managers) in Locate. You can either click the ellipsis, or click "send to" on the item details page, to display all supported export actions.
You can then share the item records through different social media, export them as files readable to different reference management software, email or print them to display all supported export actions.
