This week is International Open Access Week, an annual event to encourage the open sharing of knowledge, and to inspire wider participation in helping to make Open Access a new norm in scholarship and research.
This year's theme is "Open for Climate Justice"; an opportunity to join together, take action, and raise awareness around how open can be a means for climate justice.
The Research and Scholarly Publications Team have arranged some activities throughout the week to celebrate Open Access, and how making knowledge and relating data can benefit researchers and their institutions. We will also be holding a research café on Wednesday 26th with colleagues whose research focuses on the climate, plus an informal drop-in session on Thursday for support with Pure and any related queries.
Please check us out in the Library. We'd love for you to join us in our activities. For further information, please contact oa.lib@coventry.ac.uk
