AWS offers bookable appointments to all students of up to 45 minutes. These are available face-to-face, on Zoom or by e-mail. Appointments can either be one-to-one or in small groups.

Things to be aware of:

• Appointments can be booked on the day (depending on availability) or in advance, longer appointments can also be arranged with tutors.
• Students may book one appointment at a time, and up to three appointments per assignment.
• For email queries, please allow two working days for our Developers to respond to your query.
• Please remember, the AWS team will not proof read or ‘fix’ assignments.
