1. Click "Book a Group Study Room" or “Book a space”
2. This next screen shows which rooms / spaces are available, and when. You can select "Go to Date" at the top of the page to select a date. Blue means the room is available, and Red shows any time the room is not available.
3. You can click on one of the rooms on the right hand side to bring up more information about that room.
4. Select the time that you want to book.
5. When you click on the square under the time, the system will automatically select a room / space for their maximum hours. To change this, you can select the drop down at the bottom of the page.
6. Sign in with your Coventry University Username and Password
7. Click “Continue” after reading the Terms and Conditions and submit your booking
8. You will receive a confirmation via email. You will need the code in the email to check-in after scanning the QR code at the space to confirm your arrival. If you need to cancel your booking, there is a link in the email to cancel.
If you book less than the maximum allowed and wish to extend your booking you can do so providing the space has not been booked by another user.
Failure to comply with the terms and condition will result in you being asked to leave the library. Please be kind to staff who are responsible for enforcing the booking conditions. You may have your ability to book a study space withdrawn either temporarily or permanently if you do not observe the terms and conditions of booking or are unkind to others. This will also affect your ability to book other library spaces.
