If an item you require (e.g. book, chapter, journal article, conference paper etc.) is not held in the Lanchester Library, you can request it using the Document Supply Request Form.

Fill in the form details and indicate your acceptance of the copyright statement. Please note Document Supply requests are now available free of charge to Coventry University staff and students. You are not allowed to make requests on behalf of someone else.

Submitted forms are reviewed and processed by Document Supply staff. Items supplied by the British Library are usually delivered within five working days; items supplied by other libraries may take longer.

Loan periods are determined by the supplying library but are usually for four to five weeks.

Renewals are at the discretion of the lending library and will incur a charge of £5.25. Late returns also incur a charge of £5.25

Article or chapter requests are supplied via an email with a link to your document to your Coventry University email address. You will be required to register with the British Library in order to access your document.
