The Centre for Academic Writing (CAW) is an innovative teaching and research centre whose mission is to enable students at Coventry University to become independent writers, and to equip academic staff in all disciplines to achieve their full potential as authors and teachers of scholarly writing.
CAW's Single Question Drop-in Sessions start Monday 29 September 2025. Sessions take place on the Ground Floor of the Lanchester Library Monday - Friday each week until Friday 19 December 2025 inclusive. Protected Writing Time sessions for postgraduate researchers only (PGRs) have now been scheduled once a month from September 2025 - December 2025. These sessions are designed for you to utilise a quiet, welcoming space in CAW's Academic Writing Studio to work on your research writing.
